Exchange & Refund Policy

At Aabaranam by Priyanka, every piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of our products and business, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.

To request a refund, customers must provide a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the courier package.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The complete unboxing process

Visible damage (if any)

The unboxing video clearly shows the damage

The request is raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

The product is unused and returned in its original packaging

Once the returned product is received and verified by our team,

the refund will be processed for the same item.

Customers are requested to share the courier receipt for the return shipment.

Upon verification, the return shipping cost along with the order value will be reimbursed.

Refund requests without a proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
