2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

All purchases made are considered final.

3. Refund Policy (Damaged Products Only)

Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.

4. Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, customers must provide a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the courier package.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The complete unboxing process

Visible damage (if any)

5. Refund Conditions

Refund requests will be accepted only if:

The unboxing video clearly shows the damage

The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

The product is unused and returned in its original packaging

6. Refund Process

 the returned product is received and verified by our team:

The refund will be processed for the order value

Customers must share the courier receipt for the return shipment

The return shipping cost will also be reimbursed upon verification

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Important Note

Refund requests without a proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
